WHEN?
On Saturday 27th April gates open for this action-packed day at 10am, with pony racing from 12 noon and the first race at 2pm.
WHERE?
For this annual event the racecourse is situated on Berkeley Estate farmland at Woodford, Berkeley, Gloucestershire (GL13 9JP), which will be clearly signposted and accessed from the A38 at Stone; 3 miles north of J14 of the M5. The entrance location what3words - tasks.amazed.solving
PARKING
We provide a large FREE CAR PARK on site, with Premier Parking and Bank Parking tickets available to give access to the event field.
There is a disabled parking area, with access for those displaying a blue badge, allocation is on a first-come first-parked basis, with viewing of the course not guaranteed.
Please be aware that unauthorised vehicle movements within the event field will be prohibited after 12 noon; therefore bank and premier parking, sponsors and disabled parking need to have vehicles stationed prior to the access closing at 12 noon. This is to comply with Health and Safety requirements.

FOOD & DRINK
There will be a range of food stands available on site throughout the day, you are also most welcome to pack a picnic and set up a dining position on the Bank. There will also be a well-stocked public bar open throughout the day and into the evening.
DOGS
Well behaved dogs, on a short lead, are welcome to join you for this day out in the countryside, Please do not leave them in cars unattended and please clean up after them.
WHAT TO WEAR
You will see a wide assortment of outfits, but please remember to dress for the weather and wear sensible footwear.
PAYMENTS
Please remember to bring cash, not all facilities at the course will have the capability to accept card payments. The gate and bar will have contactless card payment facilities.
